Creative Highlights

Below is the most recent work that I've looked back proudest from during my tenure in The University of Texas at Austin while pursuing an BS in Arts and Entertainment Technology. Please, take a look.

"2D Animated Cutscenes for MikuFest 2026"
40 Acres MikuFest 2nd-Live

As the 2D Animation Director/Storyboard Artist Lead, I led the visual narrative and creative direction of the project, establishing a storyboard treatment, shotlist,120+ storyboard panels, and an animatic, which then became a 6-minute animated film viewed by 400+ attendees within a 2-hour choreography. By reaching out to student talent at UT Austin later on and leading a 7-person team, I learned that ambitious ideas were possible through passion and the support of others.

"Departure from Dreamland"
AET Storyboarding Fall 2024

"Departure from Dreamland" is a short animatic that psychologically explores the consequences of childhood escapism through the perspective of a young girl and her deep attachment to a symbol of her innocence: Kirby. Trigger warnings include implied child/domestic abuse, mild gore, themes of escapism, and psychological horror.

"AetherFall"
AET 2D Animation for Games Spring 2025

Using a 2D Platformer template provided by Professor Andrew Augustin, I created an interactive experience with original sprite work and environmental art for a 2D Game Prototype about a one-winged angel.

"DOOG - Take #2 to Tango" Texas Game Jam 2024

In 48-hour Texas Game Jam 2024 Entree that was awarded Best Overall and Best Technology, and Runner-up for Best Visuals and Most Diversifiers, I contributed as 2D Artist and Sprite Animator within my team of 11. You can play the game in your browser by clicking here!

"Process Reel 2023"AET Art and Content Fall 2023

Below is a compilation of my proudest creative works I've produced during my Fall Freshman Semester as an Arts and Entertainment Technologies student, including a 30-second animated Kirby-themed Rube Goldberg Pixel Animation. Please take a look.

"Godot Emblem"
Winter Break 2023 Project

During Winter Break, I was recruit by a small team of UT Austin CS Majors in creating a Fire-Emblem inspired game created within the Godot game engine. Click Explore More to preview all of my pixel sprite, tile, and illustration work as Lead Artist for this project.
